Kart To King: Supermarket Idle
Terms of Service — Review Draft
Prepared 6 October 2026. Effective date: [1Oct 2026.
1. Who we are and these terms
Kart To King: Supermarket Idle (the “Game”) is provided by [legal name of individual or company], trading as Magic One Games (“we”, “us”, “our”). Business contact address: [insert geographic business contact address]. Company number and place of registration, if applicable: [insert or remove]. Contact: MagicOneGames@pm.me.
These terms govern your use of the Game and its related services. Please read them before playing or purchasing content. If you do not agree, do not use the Game. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
2. Age and permission
The Game is intended for players aged 13 and above. You must also meet any higher minimum age required by applicable law or your platform. If you are under the age of legal adulthood where you live, a parent or guardian should review these terms and provide any legally required permission. Purchases require the payment account holder’s authorisation. Parental permission does not override local age restrictions on particular features.
3. Permission to play
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms. The Game’s software, artwork, music, branding and other content belong to us or our licensors. You do not acquire ownership of those intellectual property rights.
Do not copy, distribute or sell the Game or its assets without permission, except where permitted by law. You may share your own gameplay screenshots and videos, including monetised gameplay commentary, provided you do not imply official endorsement or redistribute standalone assets.
4. Fair use
Do not use cheats, modified clients, automation or exploits to obtain unauthorised progress, currency or purchases; manipulate payment or ad-reward verification; access another person’s data without permission; or interfere with the Game’s services. Report suspected faults to our support email. These restrictions do not prevent activities that applicable law expressly permits.
5. Purchases, gems and virtual items
The Game offers optional in-app purchases, including gem bundles. Google Play processes real-money purchases under its applicable terms. Review the item description, quantity, price, currency and any included VIP time before confirming payment. Store promotions, regional prices and taxes may affect the final price shown at checkout.
Coins, gems, staff, cosmetics and other virtual items are licensed for use within the Game. They cannot be withdrawn as money, redeemed for real-world prizes, or sold or transferred outside features expressly provided by us. This does not remove any right to a refund or compensation under law.
Gems spent in the Game are deducted from your balance. Consumable purchases are not automatically replenished when spent or merely because the Game is reinstalled. If a purchase is missing, contact us with the Google Play order reference; do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
6. VIP access and cosmetics
VIP provides the benefits and duration described in the relevant offer. Timed VIP runs for the stated period and may expire while you are not playing. The current VIP passes are fixed-duration benefits, not automatically renewing subscriptions.
Paid VIP, bundle bonuses, introductory VIP and rewarded-ad VIP may have different entitlements. Introductory and rewarded-ad VIP do not include the two daily Mystery Deliveries reserved for eligible purchased VIP. Check the offer’s eligibility, daily allowance and reset information before accepting it. These terms do not reduce an entitlement expressly promised in an offer.
VIP-only decor is available while eligible VIP access is active. When that access expires, the VIP decor becomes unavailable and the default cosmetic takes its place. Separately acquired cosmetics retain the entitlement described when acquired; they are not removed simply because VIP expires.
7. Mystery Deliveries and random rewards
Mystery Deliveries provide random virtual rewards and may require gems, including gems bought with real money, or an eligible free allowance. Possible rewards include amounts of shop income, cosmetics and staff. They do not provide cash or real-world prizes, and we do not support cashing out or trading rewards outside the Game.
Before opening a delivery, review its gem cost, available rewards, probabilities and any duplicate-reward rules. Those details must be available in the Game before you commit. Rarer items have lower probabilities. A specific reward is not guaranteed unless the offer expressly provides a guarantee. Repeated openings do not guarantee a rare reward merely because previous attempts did not award one.
An income reward represents virtual shop income calculated under the rules shown in the Game, not money payable to you. Any changes to the reward pool or probabilities apply to future openings and must be disclosed before those openings.
8. Advertising and optional rewards
The Game uses advertising services, including Google AdMob. Rewarded advertisements are optional. Before choosing an ad, you can review its reward, duration and any daily limit. Rewards depend on meeting the stated completion conditions and successful confirmation by the advertising service.
Ad availability can vary. If an ad fails or an earned reward is not credited, contact us so we can investigate. Ads and linked third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Our Privacy Policy explains how advertising data and available privacy choices are handled.
9. Local progress and cloud saves
The Game supports local saves and optional Google Play Games cloud saving. Cloud features require a supported Google account, a connection and successful sign-in and synchronisation. Google services are also subject to Google’s terms.
Check that a sync has completed before changing devices. Uninstalling the Game, clearing its storage, deleting game data or choosing to overwrite a save can remove progress. When device and cloud saves differ, review the choices carefully; choosing one may replace the other. Cloud saving is not a guarantee that every previous save can be recovered. Contact us about missing progress or purchase entitlements; your statutory rights remain unaffected.
10. Refunds and consumer rights
If you have a purchase problem, you may request help through Google Play’s refund process or contact MagicOneGames@pm.me. Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances, Google Play’s applicable policies and your legal rights. We do not impose a blanket “no refunds” rule.
Where applicable law gives you cancellation rights for digital content, any loss of those rights through immediate supply requires the consent and acknowledgement required by that law. Simply accepting these terms does not waive those rights. Rights relating to faulty, misdescribed or undelivered content remain available.
Following a refund or reversal, the corresponding entitlement may be removed to the extent appropriate and lawful. We will not remove unrelated legitimate purchases as a penalty for exercising consumer rights.
11. Privacy, deletion and stopping play
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled: https://sites.google.com/view/magiconegames/privacy-policy
You can stop playing at any time. Use the Game’s privacy controls and published deletion instructions to manage local progress, Google Play Games data and support records. Deleting local data alone does not necessarily delete Google-held cloud data or records retained by us. Google account and Play Games data controls are managed by Google.
Deletion can permanently remove progress and virtual entitlements. It does not itself request a purchase refund or require deletion of transaction records that must lawfully be retained. Contact us for help before deleting data if you have an unresolved purchase issue.
12. Updates and service availability
We may make reasonable changes for security, compatibility, bug fixes, legal compliance and gameplay improvements. Early versions may contain faults or unfinished features. This does not reduce your legal rights to paid digital content.
We will give reasonable advance notice of changes that materially reduce paid benefits or of planned service closure where practicable. Urgent security or legal changes may require shorter notice. We will honour affected paid entitlements or provide an appropriate remedy where required by law. We do not reserve an unrestricted right to remove paid content without a remedy.
13. Restrictions and appeals
We may take proportionate action where there is evidence of a serious breach of these terms, fraud, abuse or a security threat. This may include restricting affected features or correcting progress obtained through an exploit. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and give an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be needed to protect players or services. You may challenge a decision by emailing MagicOneGames@pm.me. Legitimate purchases and statutory rights will be considered when deciding any remedy.
14. Responsibility and disputes
We are responsible for losses caused by our breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill where those losses were reasonably foreseeable. The Game is supplied for personal use, not business use.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. We do not exclude statutory rights relating to digital content or damage it causes.
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. You retain any right to use your local consumer authority or competent courts. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or prevent you relying on mandatory consumer protections where you live.
15. Changes to these terms and contact
We may update these terms for genuine operational, legal or service changes. We will update the effective date and provide reasonable notice of material changes through an appropriate channel, such as the Game or our website. Where required, we will obtain your agreement. Changes will not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights.
If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law. For questions, complaints or support, contact Magic One Games at MagicOneGames@pm.me.
