Kart To King: Supermarket Idle — Magic One Games

REQUEST DELETION OR HELP
Email MagicOneGames@pm.me with the subject “Kart To King — deletion request”. Tell us whether you want help removing your game profile/progress, deletion of support correspondence, or both. If your request concerns a previous support conversation, identify it where possible.

You do not need to reinstall the game to email us. We may ask for limited information necessary to verify the request and identify records. Do not send your Google password, full payment-card details or an identity document with your initial request.

Our game uses Google Play Games for its cloud profile. Removing that game data does not require deleting your Google Account. Follow the relevant steps below to remove data in each location.

1. DELETE CLOUD GAME DATA WITHOUT REINSTALLING
First pause cloud backup on every device where you still play Kart To King. An old app or device backup may otherwise upload an old copy again.

Open https://play.google.com/games/profile in a browser and sign in with the Google account used for your game. Open the data/deletion controls, find Kart To King under individual game data, and choose Delete. Use the individual-game option rather than deleting your whole Play Games profile.

This is Google's authenticated deletion route. Magic One Games cannot erase a Google-hosted save merely from your email address. Contact us if you need help following the route. Do not share your Google login credentials with us.

2. ERASE PROGRESS ON A DEVICE
In the updated game, open Settings → Privacy & ads → Delete account & data.

“Manage Google cloud data” pauses cloud syncing on that device and opens Google's controls. It does not perform deletion until you complete the steps with Google.

“Erase this device's progress” asks for confirmation, then removes local shop progress, wallet balances, staff, cosmetics, VIP state, rewards, purchase fulfilment references and local save backups. Close and reopen the game afterwards. Complete this on each device holding an unwanted copy.

If the game is no longer installed, you do not need to reinstall it to use Google's web deletion controls or email support. Android app-storage controls can remove local app data where still present. Device/operating-system backups are managed separately through your device or backup provider.

Local erasure does not delete cloud data. Google cloud deletion does not remove local copies or Magic One Games support emails. Sound, display and other preferences may remain after the in-game progress erase; Android's app-storage controls can remove the remaining local app data.

3. DELETE SUPPORT RECORDS
Email MagicOneGames@pm.me to request deletion of correspondence and other support information held by Magic One Games. We will identify the relevant records and handle the request under applicable data-protection requirements. You may request deletion of support records without deleting your game progress.

WHAT CAN BE LOST
Deletion may permanently remove your shop name, shops, departments, upgrades, staff, coins, gems, cosmetics, VIP state and reward history, including progress or virtual items acquired through purchases. Deletion does not automatically issue refunds or restore consumed currency.

WHAT MAY REMAIN AND FOR HOW LONG
Local copies on other devices and operating-system backups remain until removed through those devices or services. Continuing to play and choosing to enable cloud backup with fresh progress creates new data.

The game does not automatically erase all data within 90 days. Support records are retained while a request is unresolved and, where necessary, during an associated dispute, security investigation or legal obligation. They are deleted or anonymised once those purposes end. Where a specific lawful retention requirement applies to requested records, we will explain the reason and applicable period or criteria.

Google may retain payment, security, advertising or other independent records under its policies. Deleting Kart To King game data does not delete those records or your Google Account. This implementation does not keep a separate developer-server copy of your saved game.
