ACCOUNT AND DATA DELETION
You can request deletion of information held by Magic One Games by emailing MagicOneGames@pm.me with the subject “Kart To King — deletion request”. You do not need to reinstall the game to contact us.
Google-held game data can be managed through your signed-in Play Games profile at https://play.google.com/games/profile. Choose the data controls and delete Kart To King under individual game data. You do not need to delete your entire Google Account. Google's instructions are at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646.
In the updated game, open Settings → Privacy & ads → Delete account & data. This provides Google data controls, a confirmed option to erase this device's progress, and an email link for support-record deletion. Cloud deletion and local deletion are separate actions. Pause cloud syncing on all devices before deleting cloud data, and remove unwanted local copies on each device. Read section 9 below for consequences and retained information.
1. WHO WE ARE
Magic One Games operates Kart To King: Supermarket Idle. This policy explains how information is handled when you play, use optional advertising or purchases, enable cloud saving, or contact us. Contact us at MagicOneGames@pm.me about privacy or data requests.
2. GAME PROGRESS AND LOCAL STORAGE
The game stores progress on your device, including your chosen shop name, shops, departments, upgrades, staff, wages, coins, gems, cosmetics, VIP status and expiry, reward history, Mystery Delivery results and offline earnings. It also stores purchase fulfilment references to help prevent duplicate rewards. Preferences such as sound, display and notification settings are stored locally.
The game may retain local backup saves to recover from save problems. Cloud-save conflicts can also create local copies of the conflicting progress. These backups can contain the same information as the original save. Device or operating-system backups may separately retain or restore app data according to your device settings.
3. GOOGLE PLAY GAMES AND OPTIONAL CLOUD BACKUP
Normal gameplay does not require enabling cloud backup. If you enable it, Google Play Games Services links your progress to your Play Games player ID and stores a copy of your game save with Google. This supports backup and restoration on another device using the same Play Games player.
The cloud copy includes the progress described above, including shop names, virtual currency, items, rewards and purchase transaction references and quantities. The game stores your Play Games player ID and information identifying its last synchronized save locally. Device-specific sound, display and notification preferences are not included in this cloud-save implementation.
Our cloud-save code does not request your Google password, Google email address, contacts or friends list. Google Play Games may itself process gamer identity, service analytics and diagnostics under Google's policies. See https://developer.android.com/games/pgs/data-collection and https://policies.google.com/privacy.
You can pause backup in Settings → Cloud save. Pausing stops this feature's future syncing on that device; it does not delete existing cloud saves or local backups. If saves differ, the game asks which progress to keep rather than adding balances together. Replacing or deleting a save can lose progress and virtual items.
4. ADVERTISING AND PRIVACY CHOICES
The game uses Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads. An eligible completed ad can provide the benefit shown in the game, such as a VIP-customer chance boost, doubled offline earnings, doubled daily rewards or temporary VIP access. The game records reward completion and eligibility to grant rewards and prevent duplicate claims.
Google's advertising software processes data for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Depending on configuration and privacy choices, this can include IP address, approximate location inferred from IP address, advertising and other device/account identifiers, ad and app interactions, and performance or diagnostic information. IP-derived location does not mean the game requests precise GPS access.
Google's User Messaging Platform presents applicable privacy choices. Where available, use Settings → Privacy & ads → Manage ad privacy choices to review or change them. Device advertising controls provide additional choices. Limited or non-personalised ads may still involve data processing. Withdrawing consent does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing.
Google and any advertising partners identified in the consent interface process information under their applicable notices. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Partner details can be reviewed in the consent interface.
5. PURCHASES AND MYSTERY DELIVERIES
Optional gem purchases use Google Play Billing through Unity In-App Purchasing. Some bundles include the VIP time shown in the offer. Google handles payment checkout; our game does not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The purchasing integration processes product identifiers, purchase status, quantities, transaction identifiers and receipt information to fulfil purchases, handle pending transactions and prevent duplicate fulfilment. Product identifiers, transaction references and quantities retained in the game save are included in optional cloud backups. Google's payment records are governed by Google's policies. Unity's privacy information is available at https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Mystery Deliveries are random-reward openings using gems or eligible free openings. Gems may be earned or purchased with real money. Possible rewards include virtual coins, cosmetics and staff. The game records eligibility, gems spent, openings used, the selected reward and whether it has been granted. Check the displayed cost and reward chances before opening.
Rewards use the game's configured random-selection rules, not advertising profiles. The game does not provide cash withdrawals, player-to-player currency transfers or an external trading marketplace. Deleting progress does not automatically refund purchases or recover consumed virtual currency.
6. LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS AND SUPPORT
If you enable reminders and grant the relevant permission, the game schedules local notifications for eligible rewards, offline-earning limits and returning to the shop. They use information on your device; this reminder feature does not use a developer-operated push-notification server or remote messaging token. You can disable reminders in the game or device settings.
When you contact Magic One Games, we process your email address, message and relevant screenshots, diagnostic information or order references you provide to respond to your request. Our email provider processes correspondence to deliver and store messages. Send only necessary information; do not send passwords, full payment-card details or identity documents unless a specific justified verification request has been explained.
7. PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASES
Where UK or European data-protection law applies, relevant legal bases include providing the gameplay or optional service you request; consent for advertising personalisation and device access where required; legitimate interests in support, security and prevention of duplicate or fraudulent transactions where these are not overridden by your rights; and compliance with legal obligations.
Consent is not replaced by legitimate interests where consent is required. Providers may act as service providers or independent controllers depending on their role. Their notices explain their own processing and legal bases.
8. RECIPIENTS, INTERNATIONAL PROCESSING AND SECURITY
The services described above involve Google, the applicable Unity purchasing integration, advertising partners identified through consent information, and our support email provider. Relevant information may also be disclosed where legally required or necessary to resolve misuse or protect legal rights.
Providers may process data outside the United Kingdom or your country. Their privacy information describes their international processing and safeguards. Contact us for information about transfers for which Magic One Games is responsible and applicable safeguards.
Google states that its Mobile Ads and Play Games Services transmit collected user data using encrypted connections. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not treat a game save as secure storage for sensitive personal information.
9. RETENTION AND DELETION
Local progress and backup files normally remain until overwritten or removed. The in-game “Erase this device's progress” action removes the primary game save, fallback/staged saves and local cloud-conflict backups on that device. It pauses cloud backup and shop reminders and requires restarting the game. It removes game progress, virtual balances and items, VIP state, and locally saved purchase fulfilment references. It does not delete Google-held cloud or payment records.
Sound, display and other device preferences may remain after a progress erase. Clearing the app's storage through Android removes remaining local app data; operating-system backups are managed separately. Removing local data or uninstalling the app does not by itself remove cloud progress.
For Google-held Kart To King game data, use the individual-game deletion controls in your signed-in Play Games profile: https://play.google.com/games/profile. Google's current instructions are at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/9130646. Google's deletion does not remove support correspondence held by Magic One Games, local copies on other devices, or independent payment and advertising records.
Before cloud deletion, pause syncing on all devices and remove unwanted local copies. Opening Google's deletion controls from the updated game's deletion screen blocks further upload from that device until local progress is erased. Updated builds also stop automatically uploading an existing synchronized save if its cloud copy is missing. Older app versions and device backups may not have these protections. Continuing to play and explicitly enabling cloud saving with fresh progress can create new data.
For information controlled by Magic One Games, email MagicOneGames@pm.me with a deletion request. We may ask for limited information necessary to verify ownership and locate records. We do not have a support tool that can directly erase your Google-hosted save from an email address; use Google's signed-in controls for that data, and contact us if you need help. You do not need to reinstall the game to request removal of support records or to use Google's web controls.
Support information is kept while a request remains unresolved and, where necessary, while an associated dispute, security investigation or legal obligation remains outstanding. It is deleted or anonymised when those purposes end. If a specific lawful retention requirement prevents us from deleting a record you request, we will explain the relevant reason and retention period or criteria. This game does not automatically delete all user data within 90 days.
We do not retain an extra developer-server copy of your game save in this implementation. Google, Unity and other independent providers may retain their own records under their policies, including purchase, security or legally required records. Deleting game data does not delete your Google Account or automatically erase these independent records.
10. YOUR RIGHTS
Depending on your location and circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase or obtain a portable copy of personal information, restrict processing, object to certain processing and withdraw consent. Contact MagicOneGames@pm.me to make a request. Rights may be subject to lawful conditions and retention requirements.
You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office at https://ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint/ or your local data-protection authority. Additional rights may apply under US state laws, including choices relating to targeted advertising and certain sharing. Use applicable in-game privacy choices or contact us for assistance.
11. AGE AUDIENCE AND POLICY CHANGES
The game is intended for people aged 13 and over, not children under 13. An intended audience statement does not itself verify age or make players aged 13–17 adults. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information in circumstances that should not have occurred.
We will update this policy when features or information-handling practices change, revise its date, and provide additional notice or request consent where required.
